SKEG HAD A SMALL PIECE BROKEN OFF ON THE VERY BOTTOM. PLENTY OF SKEGREMAINING UNDERNEATH. LOWER HAS BEEN PRESSURE TESTED. SHIPPING TO LOWER 48.
