Gear oil has been drained for shipment. No water pump. Turns and shifts nice and smooth. We have repainted the lower unit. Shipping will be UPS Ground for a flat fee of $59.00. Additional fees will apply for orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and International Shipping.
