Here is a lower unit that is taken off a 1996 mercury 25hp. The unit has been checked for proper operation. The impeller is new and the oil has been changed. This lower unit was taken off a running motor and comes with prop hardware that is in the picture. This is a 20 inch shaft. call if you need any parts for these motors.
