Sta-lok Terminals are a range of High Quality high performance wire rope fittings for 1 x 19, 7 x 7, 7 x 19, and Dyform wire ropes. The Sta-lok system is a simple mechanical method of terminating wire ropes, and has proven itself to be the most efficient method of terminating wire ropes.

The Sta-lok terminal is stronger than the wire rope. It will work under constant load and variable shock loading. In all situations the Sta-lok Terminal has proven totally reliable.

The Sta-lok Terminal is manufactured from 316 stainless steel grade 1.4401, and can be fitted on site using very simple hand tools. All Sta-lok Terminals are reusable, because a new component must be used.

Sta-lok Insulators have proven themselves over many years to be an effective and totally reliable method of converting yacht backstays into radio antenna.Insulated standing rigging provides the ideal antenna for radio transmission and reception.

The main body of the Sta-lok Insulator consists of an ingenious stainless steel assembly.The whole is embedded in a weather-proof nylon injection moulding designed to exceed the breaking load of the wire rope.

Sta-Lok terminals reduce labour time and allow the rigging job to be performed on-site or on the water. You don't need pre-forming of wire or special hydraulic tools, it's easy assembly makes it the ideal terminal for do-it-yourself rigging and repairs.

Sta-Lok Stud. Provide standard end fittings for wire rope. Designed to suit most turnbuckles and fixing points.

Sta-Lok Long Eye. The clever design of the Sta-lok long terminals enables the replacement of damaged swage terminals without having to replace the wire rope. All Sta-lok terminals are stronger than the wire rope, and are reusable. A new wedge component must be used.

Sta-lok manufactures a wide range of swage terminals

Swage stud terminals are available in two styles. Open Body used with open body rigging screws & Turnbuckles and Closed Body which are used with closed body rigging screws, turnbuckles and Tension forks

Swage eyes terminals sizes 3 – 10mm are forged sizes 12 – 26 mm diameter wire ropes are machined.

Swage Fork terminals are available in different styles to suit a variety of applications from wire sizes 2 to 26mm diameter wire ropes.

Toggle swages provide a unique toggle action which allows full articulation in two planes. For stainless steel wire ropes 3 to 14 mm.

Stemball Swages are available from 4 - 10mm

Stainless Steel Turnbuckles are available in a variety of different styles for wire sizes from 2mm up to 26mm.

High Quality Supajust turnbuckles are available in design styles Open Body and Closed Body. For wire sizes up to 26mm

The body of the turnbuckle is machined from solid stainless steel with threaded bronze inserts permanently sealed in each end. The result ensures superb adjustment without the risk of galling.

Chrome Bronze Turnbuckles/Rigging Screws. Forged from high tensile Bronze alloy, the aerodynamic design of these turnbuckles provides one of the strongest and most elegant bronze turnbuckles on the market today. Highly finished in a polished chromium sta-lok Bronze Turnbuckles are available with a wide range of stainless steel ends to suit all rigging requirements.

Sta-lok manufacture stainless steel Bar Toggles, Fork / Eye and Fork/fork toggles are manufactured from solid stainless steel. Double Jaw toggle are manufactured from stainless steel strip.

Felco cutters and professional tools such as wire teknik roll swage machines are available from sta-lok.
