SMR Marine is probably the largest marine chandlers in the South East of England. We are based in Brighton Marina trade centre which will cater for your every need.

The chandlery has extensive ranges in all areas and has built up good relationships with our suppliers who include – Musto, Gill, International, Crewsaver, Dubarry, Harken, Holt, Blakes, Plastimo, Jack Holt, Lewmar and Helly Hansen. We also have a very busy rigging department which has been in operation for over 30 years. We are the South East agents for Selden Masts, Furlex, Harken and Stalock. We can offer all aspects off rigging from new masts to bottle screws and shackles and it will all be done by our professional riggers.

The Sail Loft is able to offer a wide range of services including valeting of sails and covers, repairs and alterations, removal and replacement of sails, new sails and covers, lazy jacks, stack pack systems, UV strip replacement and much more!! We are agents for Hyde Sails and Arun Sails and are able to offer new sails from both companies.

SMR are also now selling boats. We are agents for Beneteau Yachts and Sessa Power Boats. We are able to offer new boats and full brokering services.
