South Coast Boatyards

RIBS Marine operates a small family run south coast Boatyard / Hampshire Marina on the River Avon leading through to the River Stour and into Christchurch Harbour and Bay. We offer moorings for boats up to 35 feet and dry berth for boats up to 20 feet. Winter Storage for boats up to 25 feet and slipping boats, under cover up to 40 feet.

We offer a full repair / service facility for GRP wood, electric and marine engineering services.

Our engineers can service/repair marine engines and install all makes of marine engines. We hold a franchise for Mariner, Mercury Outboards, MerCruiser Inboards & Stem Drives and Yanmar Marine Diesel Engines franchise. We are also stockists Morse/Teleflex controls and steering.

We are main stockists for Valiant RIBS from 2.4 meters to 12 meters. Walker Bay boats and Quicksilver Inflatables. We also hold stock of Indespension Boat trailers.

Outboard motors

Mercury and Mariner Outboards from 2.5HP - 300HP in Four Stroke technology With the stunning performance and fly-by-wire technology of the Verado range from 135 - 300 HP. All now with a full 5 Year Warranty.

Also in the Mercury / Mariner range is the Optimax Outboards from 75 - 200 HP. These are high pressure Two Strokes with a great performance and good fuel economy.

Inboard engines and stern drives

MerCruiser Inboards & Stern Drives from 135 HP - 300 HP. A great range of Inboard petrol engines coupled to MerCruisers super tough Alpha/Bravo Stern Drives, great performances and reliability.

Yanmar Diesels, from the ever reliable 1GM 10HP right through to 6 C x 500 HP. Yanmar build a quality Marine Diesel with a second to none build quality.

Quicksilver parts and accessories cover a wide range of products for both Inboards and Outboards and not forgetting the famous range of Quicksilver Propellers Black Max, Laser II, Enertia, Vengeance and High Five to name but a few.

Valiant RIBS

The Valiant RIBs Dynamic range of lightweight tenders from 2.4 meters - 3 meters and the Dynamic 3.0 meters - 3.8 meters boats. All of which can have a range of seating options.

The Valiant RIBs Vanguard range from 4 Mtrs - 7.5 Mtrs. A great range of Sports Ribs, the V400 - V490 and a great way to enter the RIB market. The V520 and V570, a fantastic family boat with inbuilt fuel tanks. Then we have the V620 - V750 Cruisers. These boats come fully equipped with a very high build and fit out specification.

We also have the Valiant RIBs DR - Dive and Rescue range from the DR400 to the might DR750, with its massive carry capacity of up to 22 passengers! This range of boats can be fully customized to suit your needs.

And finally we have the Valaiant RIBs Patrol range. These boats are designed and made for rough water cruising with there constant Deep V hull they can handle most seas with ease.

Walker Bay Boats - these 8 ft and 10 ft boats are just a great way getting onto the water. They are just so versatile you can row them, fit a Rib Kit and even a Sail Kit on them. They are just simple fun.
