Allen’s resources include, in-house CAD design and CAM tool-making, they manufacture their own CNC injection mouldings, CNC stainless steel hardware, CNC sheet metal pressings, welding, and specialist metal finishing; they have an in-house metal foundry with aluminium die casting and aluminium gravity casting; and a warehouse full of performance marine hardware stock with a worldwide marine hardware distribution service.
